After the start of the pandemic, digitization became a necessity for businesses and people. This is a turning point, as companies prioritize digitization in order to continue their operations. On the other hand, the need arises for clients to use digital tools in order to be able to carry out the activities that they traditionally carried out before the pandemic. For these reasons, omnichannel has gained a lot of strength during the last year, since it has become an important management that seeks to maintain the link with its customers. The present investigation was carried out with the objective of knowing if digitization influences omnichannel behavior in millennials. The research focused on young people from NSE A and B in Modern Lima and their consumption in department stores during 2021. The methodology included qualitative and quantitative research, with non-probabilistic sampling. The first step was to define the topic in question and then we proceeded with the search for sources and information that would give us lighter on the topic in question. Once the subject was defined, surveys were carried out as part of the quantitative research. 384 were performed to analyze the relationship between the study variables. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework will be presented, where we begin by defining the study variables: mobile identity, quality of integration, omnichannel self-efficacy, omnichannel habit, satisfaction with omnichannel. On the other hand, the papers consulted to carry out the study and their main findings will be analyzed. In the second chapter, the hypotheses, objectives are shown and the problem of the study was determined. While in the third chapter the methodology, the sampling process and the methodological instruments for the collection of research are discussed. In the fourth and fifth chapter, the results of the research will be analyzed, together with the statistical analyses, such as the Spearman correlation coefficient, and a comparison will be made between the results and the theory within the reference papers. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the investigation will be provided.
