The chains of pharmacies currently affected the challenge of loyalty to their customers, because loyalty in the sector is very low. Also, this is a sector in which for many years, the price has been the determining factor for the purchase decision. But, currently with the evolution of marketing and technologies, promotions in addition to price play a fundamental role in getting customers to buy back. Thus, price and promotion strategies appear as determining variables to achieve the loyalty of consumers of pharmacies in the modern channel in a competitive market. Therefore, the investigation will determine the relationship between specific pricing and promotion strategies with the end-user repurchase in the pharmacies of the modern channel, in the presence of an authoritarian group (Intercorp) that exists in said market. The methodology used was correlational with the quantitative methods through surveys and qualitative through focus group and expert interviews, where it should be noted that the research universe is composed of an age range of 20 to 35 years. The results confirm the relationship of both variables in the final repurchase.
