The streaming industry, specifically the streaming video industry, is one of the sectors that has grown the most in Peru, generating that more brands want to come and invest in the Peruvian market due to the income they obtain. This growth was greater due to the restrictions generated by social isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, attracting more audiences and increasing its market share over traditional media. Brands have constantly been working and improving their actions in terms of customer loyalty and customer satisfaction, given the degree of power that the consumer has, being able to change brands instantly if they feel dissatisfied with the service provided by the brand. To improve the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty, brands are working on providing a set of benefits in order to establish long-term relationships, thus achieving a satisfaction and loyalty program. These relational benefits consist of three dimensions. The first, the social benefit, tries to generate feelings of friendship, thus increasing dependence on the brand. The second, the trust benefit appeals to the increase of the brand's commitment to the consumer. Finally, the benefit of special treatment is related to the level of personalization that a brand can provide.
