ABSTRACT The present research denominates "CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ASSOCIATIVITY OF THE PRODUCERS OF QUINUA ORGANIC OF THE DISCHARGE OF CACHACHI - CAJABAMBA; FOR THE EXPORT OF NUTRACEUTICAL BEVERAGES TO THE CITY OF AMTERSDAM, 2017". Presents by general objective to determine the characteristics of associativity in Organic Quinoa producers in the district of Cachachi - Cajabamba, for the export of nutraceutical products to the city of Amsterdam 2017. The specific objectives of the research are to elaborate the situational diagnosis of the production of Organic quinoa of cachachi district - Cajabamba; To elaborate the proposal of constitution of the association of organic quinoa producers of cachachi- Cajabamba; To elaborate the proposal of business plan for the export of Nutraceutical drinks to the city of Amsterdam. The main conclusion of the research is that the characteristics of associativity in organic Quinoa producers of the Cachachi district that allows the export of nutraceutical quinoa drink smoothies to the city of Amsterdam. They are the reduction of costs and the increase of production. The management of the associative model by the producers of organic quinoa has allowed the improvement in the yield of quinoa production and, in turn, the reduction of costs of the same, benefiting producers with a higher level of income, access to new Processes of quinua cultivation, to permanent trainings by the state in order to be able to ensure an exportable supply that allows the agricultural sector to present a sustained growth in the long term. The business plan is viable by presenting an initial investment of S/373,759.31, with an ECONOMIC NPV of S/. 162,045.30 and NPV FINANCIAL S/.66,441.06; ECONOMIC IRR 21% and FINANCIAL IRR 21%; CPPC 11.22% and CAPM 8.19%.
