Objective: To determine the impact of the pandemic by Covid-19 in the adhesion of the treatment of young and adult patients with TB in Centros de Salud: Trébol Azul, San Juan de Miraflores, Daniel Alcides Carrión y Centro Materno Infantil San Genaro de Villa. Materials and Methods: It is a non-experimental census cross-sectional study that included young patients and adults diagnosed with tuberculosis and who received treatment between the months of April to October of the years 2019 and 2020, respectively. The data collection was performed by means of the instrument: “Ficha de recolección de datos sobre la Adherencia al Tratamiento de TBC”, obtaining the information of the medical records and the control cards Univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes were performed in STATA 15. Results: 123 cases, 709 and 53 of 2020 were included. The overall prevalence of therapeutic adherence was 53.7%; If we compare it for years, 45.71% and 64.15% for 2019 and 2020 respectively. The variables associated with adherence during the pandemic were sex, marital status, result of sensitivity to drugs and treatment phase, in the multivariate analysis, no significant variables were identified. The association between the variable therapeutic adherence and pandemic by Covid-19 had a significant p of 0.042. Conclusion: The values of therapeutic adherence, was greater in the year 2020, this can be a bias, because in that year the number of people who went to health centers decreased, decreasing the number of people treated during the pandemic And not knowing the real impact on therapeutic adherence.
