Currently, mobile devices enjoy great popularity among the world population, since they allow us to perform most of our activities, from work to entertainment, in a simple and comfortable way, as well as having the ability to complement each other. Likewise, it is common for a home to have more than one device and applications that allow us to take advantage of this interaction between several devices to accomplish a certain task are becoming more popular. However, in the field of mobile video games, video games that allow us to take advantage of the different devices in the home have not yet become popular. Based on the points mentioned above, we propose in this thesis to demonstrate that a better gaming experience could be generated by developing video games that allow interaction between various mobile devices using the accelerometer. For this purpose, a dice-based empire conquest video game called Dice Combat was developed, which will allow players, at certain moments of the game, to throw their dice from one device to another by using the shaking gesture. This connection and interaction were achieved using the Forge Networking library and, subsequently, acceptance tests were conducted with players to demonstrate the improved gaming experience.
