Abstract: El proyecto por desarrollar es una Escuela Superior Artística, institución responsable de formar docentes en Educación Artística y Artistas Profesionales en la especialidad de Danza Folklórica Peruana. Asimismo, se encarga de la formación profesional e investigación de la cultura popular tradicional del Departamento del Cusco.
El trabajo inicia con el desarrollo del marco teórico con énfasis en los conceptos de la música, ritmos y movimientos propios de la danza como generadores de forma en la arquitectura; así como la importancia y el análisis del contexto inmediato que es un Centro Históricos, el mismo que se ve regido por una normativa y restricciones específicas. Se toman en cuenta también los referentes de escuelas artísticas en el mundo que enriquecieron los conceptos y sirvieron de guía para la propuesta de programación arquitectónica. Seguidamente, se analiza el lugar y ubicación específica del terreno de tesis bajo criterios de selección propiamente elaborados por la autora. Luego, es identificado el usuario y se determinarán sus características y necesidades.
En base a la información anteriormente mencionada, se detalla el desarrollo de la programación arquitectónica y toma de partido, dando cuerpo al origen del proyecto. Finalmente, se establece un diagnóstico y conclusiones que serán de gran utilidad para el desarrollo del proceso arquitectónico.
The project to be developed is a Higher Artistic School, an institution responsible for training teachers in Artistic Education and Professional Artists in the specialty of Peruvian Folk Dance. Likewise, it is in charge of professional training and research on the traditional popular culture of the Department of Cusco. The work begins with the development of the theoretical framework with emphasis on the concepts of music, rhythms and movements typical of dance as generators of form in architecture; as well as the importance and analysis of the immediate context that is a Historic Center, which is governed by specific regulations and restrictions. The references of artistic schools in the world that enriched the concepts and served as a guide for the architectural programming proposal are also taken into account. Next, the place and specific location of the thesis field is analysed under selection criteria properly elaborated by the author. Then, the user is identified and their characteristics and needs will be determined. Based on the aforementioned information, the development of the architectural programming and taking sides are detailed, giving shape to the origin of the project. Finally, a diagnosis and conclusions are established that will be very useful for the development of the architectural process.
