Digital technologies have become essential elements for increasing efficiency, productivity and sustainability in a company. During the pandemic in 2020, which drastically changed the way business were done; digital tools marked a crucial point in history by maintaining the functioning of different economic sectors, including the coffee sector, which is one of the most important ones for peruvian exports. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to determine to what extent the application of digital technologies is related to the development of the exportable supply of coffee marketing companies in the Northern Macroregion of Peru (2019-2021). To this end, the dimensions analyzed for the variable “Digital Technologies“ are: “Digital Tools“, “Digitalized Processes“ and “Trained Human Capital“. Likewise, for the “Exportable Supply“ variable, “Export Performance“, “Internationalization“ and “Government Support“ were analyzed. This thesis was carried out under a mixed approach. On one hand, the qualitative approach was used through the Fundamental theory, in which 12 semi-structured interviews were analyzed using Atlas Ti. On the other hand, regarding the quantitative approach, it was decided to use a cross-sectional descriptive-correlational design. This survey was completed by 15 coffee exporting companies, which represent 40% of the sample. Thus, SPSS software with which it was possible to show that there is a very strong positive correlation between the variables. In conclusion, it is established that digital technologies comprise a fundamental value within coffee exporting companies, especially for their operation in marketing processes in international markets and data analysis for the generation of KPIs.
