Carsharing is growing exponentially in recent years and is becoming more and more popular in major European and Asian cities such as Madrid, Berlin and Amsterdam. According to Liao et al. (2018) its potential to reduce the number of cars has received considerable attention in the automotive industry. Since each rideshare, group can serve multiple people, this will help reduce the total number of vehicles and make it easy to find cars. Currently, carsharing systems use different technologies, using activation processes with additional gadgets such as cards, electronic keys, PIN codes, among others; Even inside, the car keys themselves are used, generating serious security problems. In addition to this, in Lima there is a disorderly and low-quality urban transport system. The first alternative solution would be a private car, but it is not accessible, especially for people between 20 and 45 years old, since it implies a large budget. Our contribution is to implement a carsharing system with all the functionalities of the car through an application without the need for additional elements using the Internet of Things, Cloud Computing and Mobile Applications, with an innovative technological architecture. Likewise, it seeks to provide a new technology modality, such as electric cars, that is flexible, safe and affordable; in addition to bringing to Peru the concepts of shared economy and uberization of things that are currently being developed in European and Asian countries, generating greater development of the country.
