This paper seeks to understand the relationship of the Impulse Purchase, Value Purchase and Customer Satisfaction variables. All this within the category of organic products, which are foods that have been produced without chemicals or pesticides. Explain the relationship in that it is possible that an impulse purchase creates value in the final purchase of the consumer and generates satisfaction to the same. First, impulse buying refers to an unplanned purchase, which is intensified by feelings of desire and pleasure. The stimuli generated by the point of sale and the internal factors of the consumer are key to creating this spontaneous situation. On the other hand, regarding the value purchase variable, it can be stated that it is the perception of the user who receives it in the purchase process. This is directly connected with the hedonic purchase value, which is defined as the consumer behavior that seeks happiness and also with the utilitarian purchase value, which is considered an arduous task, which minimizes the effort invested. Finally, the customer satisfaction variable arises from the result after making a purchase perceived by the consumer and also the experience within the point of sale, which are a factor that influences future purchase intentions and a positive feeling towards the company.
