Organizational climate and job satisfaction are variables of marked historical interest in management science. In this context, the present research focused on the objective of analyzing the relationship between work climate and job satisfaction in public transport drivers in Metropolitan Lima, framed in the Minnesota questionnaire (MSQ), year 2021. For this purpose, a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional methodological design was used. The data source came from a sample of 266 drivers working in public transport in Metropolitan Lima to whom the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) was applied in its long version, which covers 20 dimensions validated in more than 15 countries. The work climate was measured through a selection of 30 items of the MSQ questionnaire referring to the dimensions of teamwork, supervisor support and working conditions. Cronbach's alpha results indicated high reliability (alpha>0.9). The findings show that most of the drivers surveyed considered the work climate and satisfaction to be at a low or medium level of achievement, with the dimensions of personal advancement, salary compensation and job security having the lowest level of satisfaction. It was concluded that there is a strong positive relationship between work climate with job satisfaction of public transport drivers in Metropolitan Lima, using the Minnesota questionnaire (r= 0.882 p-value=0.000<0.05).
