Abstract: El proyecto es un Centro De Capacitación, Innovación e Investigación Textil ubicado en la periferia del distrito de San Luis, colindando con el distrito de la Victoria. El centro tiene como principal objetivo, brindar capacitación y potenciar el sector textil del país, con usuario principal y de conexión directa el emporio de Gamarra.
El emporio de Gamarra, es uno de los centros más importantes del país en cuanto al sector textil, ya que en este se encuentra la mayoría de comercio de diversas telas y confecciones las cuales brindan una gran potencia económica en el Perú; Es así de su cercanía y relación hacia este.
Asimismo, el centro ofrece ambientes adecuados para un aprendizaje de calidad, como por ejemplo la planta piloto, la cual es un espacio que demuestra al usuario un ejemplo de calidad espacial y vida profesional en el sector textil.
