Análisis de la relación entre las restricciones impuestas por la pandemia del COVID-19 y la competitividad de las mypes del rubro textil del emporio comercial de gamarra, La Victoria, Lima, 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general analizar la relación entre las restricciones impuestas por la pandemia del COVID-19 y la competitividad de las micro y pequeñas empresas (mypes) del rubro textil del Emporio Comercial de Gamarra, La Victoria, Lima, 2021.Para dicho propósito, se desarrolla un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y correlacional, con un diseño no experimental y transversal. De esa manera, se efectúa un muestreo probabilístico con 120 mypes del rubro textil del Emporio Comercial de Gamarra, a las cuales se les aplica un cuestionario de 21ítems que miden la relación de las restricciones impuestas por la pandemia delCOVID-19 con la competitividad de las mypes textiles pertenecientes al Emporio Comercial de Gamarra. Lo anterior, contando con una valoración realizada por expertos profesionales y que goza de una confiabilidad por encima del mínimo establecido de 0,60 para cada una de las variables.

Los resultados descriptivos corroboran que el nivel de competitividad de las mypes textiles fue mayor en el año 2019 que en el año 2021, de acuerdo con las respuestas del 99,2% de las entidades consultadas. En ese sentido, se comprueba una relación significativa y negativa entre las restricciones impuestas por la pandemia delCOVID-19 y la competitividad de las mypes textiles del Emporio Comercial de Gamarra.

The general objective of this research work was to evaluate the relationship between the restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the competitiveness of the mypes of the textile sector of the Emporium Gamarra, La Victoria, Lima, 2021. In this way, the study presented an explanatory scope with a mixed approach and a sample composed of 120 mypes from the textile sector of Emporium Gamarra, La Victoria, to which a questionnaire containing 21 items was applied that measures the importance of the restrictions imposed by the pandemic by COVID-19 and the competitiveness of the textile mypes belonging to the Gamarra emporium, where it was also subject to an assessment by professional experts and that enjoys a reliability above the established minimum of 0,60 for each of the variables.

The descriptive results corroborate that the level of competitiveness of the textile mypes was higher in the year 2019 than in the year 2021, according to the appreciation of 99,2% of the entities consulted. In this way, a significant and negative relationship is verified between the importance of the restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the competitiveness of the textile mypes of the Gamarra emporium.
