Residencia geriátrica para el adulto mayor en la ciudad de Piura

Abstract

La presente tesis responde a un Centro de Residencia Geriátrica para el Adulto Mayor ubicada en la ciudad de Piura, distrito de San Miguel de Piura. La idea nace ante la necesidad de mejorar la atención, calidad y estilo de vida que requieren las personas adultas mayores, debido a la ausencia de infraestructura adecuada que brindan este tipo de servicio y la alta demanda en la sociedad peruana.

El Residencia se encuentra en el ámbito de sector privado, dirigido a adultos mayores autovalentes y semivalentes, contara con diferentes especialistas entre ellos geriatras, traumatólogos, cardiólogos entre otros especialistas en salud.

La institución integrará los servicios de vivienda, atención médica y programas intergeneracionales con el fin de integrar el usuario a la comunidad, brindar mejoras en el ámbito social y brindar una atención de calidad en el sector de salud. El usuario contará con ambientes adecuados para una convivencia activa, a su vez será monitoreado por especialistas en salud, logrando así un avance integral en su desarrollo humano.

La arquitectura estará diseñada adecuadamente para personas con discapacidad, evitando así las barreras arquitectónicas. Debido a la ubicación del terreno otro de los factores que se tomaron en cuenta son las temperaturas, el tipo de suelo y la alta radiación.

This thesis responds to a Geriatric Residence Center for the Elderly located in the city of Piura, district of San Miguel de Piura. The idea was born from the need to improve the care, quality and lifestyle required by the elderly, due to the absence of adequate infrastructure that provide this type of service and the high demand in Peruvian society.

The Residence is located in the private sector, aimed at self-sufficient and semi-valent people, and will have different specialists, including geriatricians, traumatologists, cardiologists and other health specialists.

The institution will combine housing services, medical care, and intergenerational programs in order to integrate The user will have adequate environments for an active coexistence, and will be monitored by health specialists, thus achieving a comprehensive progress in their human development.

The architecture will be appropriately designed for people with disabilities, thus avoiding architectural barriers. Due to the location of the land, other factors that were taken into account are the temperatures, the type of soil and the high radiation.
