Currently, due to the new customs that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought, the trend for the use of television streaming platforms has increased. The experiences caused before and after watching a movie or series often affect discussions on social networks such as Instagram, Facebook and especially Twitter. The advancements in technology and constant innovations in the communications industry allow consumers to access this type of video content from anywhere at any time they want, through multiple devices such as smartphones, computers, tablets, game consoles, among others. It should be noted that by having different platforms of this kind on the market, consumers increasingly demand a better quality service, with constant updates and consistent prices. Due to this, this research paper covers the following topic: The quality of service, the perceived value and satisfaction in relation to the willingness to pay a streaming television platform.. For the methodology, a survey was conducted of 400 users of this type of platform, seeking to analyze the relationship between the variables mentioned above. For the measurement scale, an online questionnaire will be used under the Likert scale from 1 to 7, where 1 is “totally disagree“ and 7 “totally in agreement”. Finally, the corresponding analysis will be evaluated with the Smart PLS software.
