The present was investigated through an applicative design, under the Hypothetical deductive method, at an experimental level applying the BIM Methodology. The sample consisted of 110 items from the Public Investment budget of the project: “Institución Educativa Inicial I.E.I. N° 277-22/MX-P “Victor E. Barcia Boniffati”, from the town of Aulla, Pararca District, Paucar del Sara Sara Sara – Ayacucho Province” investment divided into four specialties: Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations, Structures and Architecture. The instruments used in the research are AutoCAD 2023 Software (for the analysis of the plans of the technical file), Revit 2023 Software (for building modeling), Navisworks 2023 Software (to find interference and incompatibilities in the project) and Microsoft Excel software (for numerical data processing). The results obtained after the Implementation of the BIM Methodology, was the optimization of the Public Investment budgets, which are shown in the comparative tables of percentage variation between: The investment budget, the Execution cost and the new budget with the implementation of the BIM Methodology.
