Technological tools have meant a series of changes in the needs of companies, creating specialized jobs such as professionals at Bigdata. For this reason, new job demands and technological factors have created new jobs based on the learning of data patterns and the ability of each organization to implement it. The objective of the research is “To contrast the main positions about the skills and technical knowledge that management professionals have in the era of“ Big Data “for companies“. Aiming to review the bibliography regarding the professional competencies required in the era of bigdata, different more relevant positions have been considered, different approaches proposed by the authors about the learning process required by organizations in this context are identified. Among the sources collected, it has been concluded that, to analyze professional competencies in Bigdata, two types of professionals have been presented: those who learn independently, and those who learn through the environment.
