comunidad.
The research consists of proposing a Community Educational Center for the academic levels of initial, primary and secondary in the southern district of Lima, Pachacámac. It was proposed to develop it based on Neuroarchitecture design criteria, since it is an emphasis that focuses on the importance of creating stimulating learning spaces for students with the aim of facilitating cognitive processes following the principles of organic architecture and richness sensory. In addition, aspects of national education currently applied in public educational institutions such as socio-constructivist pedagogical methods or new approaches to teaching through technology have been taken into account. Likewise, it was essential to consider the characteristics of the user, children from 2 to 11 and teenagers from 12 to 17 years old. Likewise, the place was deepened to enhance its physical and social qualities, such as the connection with nature and the cultural scene. Finally, the thesis aims to define to what extent the emphasis, Neuroarchitecture, can improve the mental performance of students through the new models of Educational Centers that follow the recommendations of the latest pedagogical approaches focused on the autonomous learning of the student and active community participation
