Abstract: La propuesta es una escuela de artes escénicas en el Rímac, la cual desarrollará las disciplinas como el Teatro, Danza y Música, pretende ser un espacio de aprendizaje para potenciar las dinámicas artísticas y culturales de los jóvenes de dicho distrito, así mismo, el proyecto tiene la consigna de ayudar a cubrir la demanda de escuelas artísticas en Lima, a su vez brindar un mejor entorno y oportunidad de desarrollo para los jóvenes. Se propone una escuela “abierta a la comunidad”, utilizara el carácter artístico y creativo del Rímac para afrontar las problemáticas urbanas que lo aquejan.
La escuela necesita de una arquitectura cambiante con el tiempo, que mantenga una relación directa con los usuarios, las artes escénicas y con nuestra realidad peruana. Por ello se plantea un proyecto, que se adapte a las necesidades futuras y sea recordado por su permanencia en el tiempo y a su vez abra paso hacia una arquitectura sostenible.
The proposal is a college of performing arts in the Rimac, which will develop disciplines such as theater, dance and music aims to be a learning space to enhance the artistic and cultural dynamics of young people in the district, likewise, the project has the slogan of helping to cover the demand of artistic schools in Lima and to offer a better environment and opportunity of development for the young people.The proporsal is a school “open to the community“, it will use the artistic and creative character of the Rímac to confront the urban problems that afflict it. The college needs an architecture that changes with time, that maintains a direct relationship with the users, the scenic arts and with our Peruvian reality. For this reason, we propose a project that adapts to future needs and is remembered for its permanence in time and at the same time opens the way to a sustainable architecture.
