Abstract: Uplan es una propuesta de aplicación que tiene como objetivo reducir el tiempo de búsqueda del consumidor. Esta quiere dar a conocer restaurantes, bares y lugares de entretenimiento para que el usuario pueda utilizar ese tiempo en vivir la experiencia de su elección. Uplan brinda información de cada negocio y la opción de calificarlo. Dicha información estará a la vista en la parte inferior de cada descripción del establecimiento inscrito, acompañada de un campo de referencias, recomendaciones y experiencias con el fin de generar interés. Al mismo tiempo, sirve como una guía para que los dueños tomen en cuenta las críticas y puedan revertirlas. Es importante recalcar que este proyecto está dirigido a Hombres y Mujeres de entre 20 y 35 años, de NSE A y B en Lima Metropolitana.
En el presente trabajo, se analizó cada segmento del Business Model Canvas, que se complementa con el análisis del Value Proposition Canvas (VPC), lo que permitió conocer mejor el perfil del cliente. Cabe mencionar que para validar el modelo de negocio se plantearon hipótesis de acuerdo con nuestro BMC. Finalmente, se sustentó el modelo de negocio a través de un análisis en los procesos de los experimentos realizados, los cuales se obtuvieron mediante entrevistas, enlaces y videos, con el fin de obtener los resultados y la validación del modelo para una proyección financiera rentable. Nuestro proyecto es rentable con un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) positivo de 31,955.05, una TIR de 28% y una PRD de 3años 5meses aproximadamente.

It wants to show restaurants, bars and entertainment places so that the user can use that time to live the experience of his choice. Uplan provides information about each business and the option to rate it. This information will be visible in the description of the registered establishment, accompanied by a field of references, recommendations and user experiences in order to generate interest. At the same time, it serves as a guide for the owners to take into account the criticisms and to be able to reverse them. It is important to emphasize that this project is aimed at men and women between 20 and 35 years of age, of NSE A and B in Metropolitan Lima. In this work, each segment of the Business Model Canvas was analyzed, complemented with the analysis of the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC), which allowed to better understand the customer profile. It is worth mentioning that in order to validate the business model, hypotheses were proposed according to our BMC. Finally, the business model was supported through an analysis of the processes of the experiments conducted, which were obtained through interviews, advertisements, links, videos, in order to obtain the results and validation of the model for a profitable financial projection. Our project is profitable with a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of 31,955.05, an IRR of 28% and a PRD of approximately 3 years and 5 months.
