The present degree project aims to innovate the spaces destined to rehabilitation using certain aspects of the study of environmental psychology, having a positive impact on the formal and functional characteristics of future projects. The establishment will be of an institutional nature, providing to the juvenile offender population of the city of Lima. It will be located in the southern peripheral area of the city, in the district of Lurín, according to the characteristics indicated by the typology and emphasis (environmental psychology), with existing urban equipment, health facilities and nearby work networks, which are essential for the adolescents. A theoretical and referential framework will be included in the research, which will be complemented with the study of the user, location and international references, providing quantitative and qualitative data that will contribute to form this architectural project. Finally, design criteria will be used according to formal, functional and technological aspects allowing the adequate location on the site and the distribution of the functional packages. From this, the axes and circulations are formed, which will be complemented with the volumetry and its finishes, responding to security measures, but also modern techniques by the use of diverse construction systems. Through the set of volumes, open spaces will be implemented, thus forming three sectors, two of which will be of specific use by user age and the third will be used by schedules, focusing on the rehabilitation of adolescents.
