This research will be focused on the agricultural sector, aimed at planting and harvesting pineapples and identifying their insufficiency through various factors, managing to define a feasible and real alternative that fits the current situation. That is why, the investigation of various models of previous research work was carried out, which will provide the necessary information for this work, including logistics management. Within the research work, the tool of interviews with local producers was used, in order to obtain a first recognition of pineapple production in the Mazamari-Junín district; where the particular problem was identified, this being the lack of homogenization of pineapple production, which fail to comply with the essential standards of a process system. For this reason, a management system has been developed with three main pillars, which are quality, planning and production, and logistics, which collaborate with each other to exchange information. This research focuses especially on the application of an integrated system with logistics management as the main process, which was based on the use of a comprehensive logistics model and fundamental methodologies aligned with good agricultural management in Costa Rica. Finally, the execution of this model will allow to comply with all the internal requirements of materials and/or supplies in the best terms of quality, service and cost in order to achieve optimal standards that allow the export, which was used the validation of expert judgment. and of farmers.
