The aim of this research is to examinate the association between flow and engagement in workers of a private health company of Metropolitan Lima. The design of this study was simple correlational and comparative. The sample was 145 healthcare workers between 23 and 65 years old (M= 35.23; D.E.=8.20). The instruments used were a sociodemographic record, the Third Version of Disposition to Flow at Work Scale (EDFT-3) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17). Based on the results, it was confirmed that there is a positive correlation between the flow at work and engagement, even though, the relationship is different according to the dimensions. In the comparative analysis, it was found that flow and engagement did not show significant differences according to sex and age; the only exception was the dimension Altered time sense (flow), showing higher punctuations on women.
