The construction sector has been characterized by its steady growth over the years. In Peru, the sector ended 2021 with a 35% growth, which is a sign of the recovery of this industry, taking into consideration the impact generated by the pandemic, which paralyzed construction activities. However, one of the main problems faced by this sector is the late delivery of projects, causing dissatisfaction among clients, as well as an increase in the company's general costs. Therefore, for this study, a six-phase model was designed that combines various lean and project management tools, such as the Last Planner System, Kanban, ABC Classification, AHP and 5S, seeking to address the main causes that generate this problem, as well as to reduce the company's costs and increase customer satisfaction. The model was applied in a construction company. For a better analysis, the simulation was carried out using Arena Simulator software and, in this way, projections were made to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposal. The results show that the combination of lean tools and project management applied in the logistic chain, reduce the time in the delivery of projects, as well as the costs generated by the late delivery of the same.
