This project focuses on implement a technological solution for early warning in order to detect crowds of people in markets and supermarkets. This information may be consulted by the user through a chatbot in Telegram, which can provide the crowded places and provide alternatives to nearby places with less crowding. In addition, when the user searches for a crowded place, the chatbot will notify the user when the place is no longer crowded through a notification. In the first chapter, it will be defined in detail what the project consists of. In which, the following points will be defined: statement of the problem, general and specific objective, indicators of success, restrictions and assumptions of the project, its stakeholders, users and the organization chart of the project. In the second chapter, the seven Student Outcomes aligned with this project will be presented. In the third chapter, the most important concepts of the project will be defined for a better understanding of it. In the fourth chapter, the steps and / or processes that were carried out to develop the project will be detailed. In the fifth chapter, the results obtained after implementing the technological solution of this project will be detailed. In the sixth chapter, the main artifacts for project management will be shown. Finally, the scope of the project was defined, which will cover two academic cycles 2020-02 and 2021-01.
