In this work, a study was carried out whose purpose was to determine the labor demand of companies with respect to people with disabilities registered in CONADIS, descriptive statistics with supervised learning was applied by applying the multiple linear regression model. A sample of 383 data was used and for the implementation of the total project data, 30% was used to prepare the corresponding tests and the sample used was 39 records, which represents the months elapsed from January 2018 to March 2021. The results show that it was necessary to work with more variables and for this the correlation matrix in Python was used in which the highest correlation of variables could be evidenced, being the following: GDP, Exchange rate, Unemployment rate, companies registered in CONADIS, postgraduate higher education and university higher education. Therefore, it is concluded that the use of the applied model does give us results for the positive influence with the project objectives.
