The purpose of this Project is to designa n operational continuity plan for critical IT services for Boticas y Salud company based on the ISO/IEC 27031:2011 standard and taking as reference other standards, such as: ISO/IEC 31000 for risk análisis, ISO/IEC 22317 for business impact análisis and PDCA (Plan, Do, Verify and Act) methodology for the same Project proposal. According to the above, the present project is divided into 5 chapters. As the first chapter we have the problematic situation, the field of action, the general objective, the specific objectives, the justification of the project and to close the first chapter the investigation of the subject embodied in the state of the art. In the second chapter, the theoretical framework is developed, where the main concepts related to the continuity of the technological processes used in chapters 3 and 4 are defined. In the third chapter, the analysis of the problem is developed in greater depth, collecting information from the company to show it as evidence, also, the analysis of impact to the business and its levels of services, the analysis of risks through the analysis of vulnerabilities and threats, their identification and treatment of risks, finally to close this chapter the requirements of the Project. In chapter four, the continuity policies, the recovery strategies for each high risk and their alternative solutions related to each of them are elaborated. Finally, in chapter five test plan, test results and validations develops, and finally the conclusions and recommendations of the project is done.
