Currently, due to the growth of technology and the health restrictions imposed by the spread of the pandemic, the need to use digital platforms that facilitate remote work and reduce the risk of contagion has grown exponentially in the labor market. For this reason, Online Solution offers an alternative through the digital signature service for employment contracts and payslips. The companies that acquire this service will be able to manage the contracting process and delivery of payment tickets in a virtual and secure manner. On the other hand, the target audience of this business model is the category of small, medium and large companies in Peru. For the strategic approach of the business model, we use tools such as the SWOT matrix and Porter's 5 forces analysis, managing to understand the internal and external factors that significantly impact the project. We consider that the business idea is profitable since according to the financial analysis developed, Online Solution has a growth in the result of the net profit in the first 5 years, which is considered an attractive scenario for investors.
