The objective of this work is to evaluate the viability of a business plan in the field of children's fashion, which is based on the manufacture and marketing of clothing and accessories for babies from 0 to 12 months, with an innovative system of “magnetic closures”. After the validation of hypotheses and in-depth interviews, it is identified that for parents and / or people in charge of baby care there is a need to acquire quality, comfortable garments with practical and safe designs. The Baby Moda Shop project offers clothing and accessories that meet these requirements and also adds a plus, which is the innovative use of magnetic brooches. In the local market there are no garments with this closure system, which provides a much higher practicality compared to traditional garments. The business model is based on the commercialization of products through digital platforms; promoted mainly on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad, others, with direct channel distribution. The clothing will be outsourced, maintaining an optimal stock that makes it possible to meet demand, but considering maximum profitability of storage costs. The financial study shows that with a competitive price and annual sales growth of 10%, the business is viable and profitable for its shareholders. Within the category of children's fashion, baby clothing is a segment that continues to grow.
