Resumen: En el presente trabajo de investigación desarrollamos el proyecto Natural Food, una empresa dedicada a la preparación de packs alimenticios para su venta al consumidor final a través de servicios de delivery. Nuestro modelo de negocio se enfoca en ofrecer a los clientes la oportunidad de elegir los insumos de alimentos de manera personalizada, dependiendo de sus gustos y estilo de vida. Este proyecto busca cubrir la necesidad de las personas que prefieren la comida preparada en casa, pero les gustaría invertir menos tiempo en las labores de la cocina o incluso en la tarea de ir a comprar los insumos necesarios al supermercado, mercado o bodega más cercana.
Nuestro modelo de negocio está orientado a personas entre 18 a 55 años de las zonas 6 y 7 de Lima Metropolitana, de los niveles socioeconómicos A, B y C, que llevan un estilo de vida muy ocupado por múltiples actividades diarias y, aunque les gustaría preparar sus propios alimentos, no disponen del tiempo suficiente para dedicarlo a las labores de la cocina. En el mercado existen muchas opciones de comida proceda de fácil y rápida preparación, así como, los servicios de delivery de comida preparada; sin embargo, nos centramos en ofrecerle a los clientes un producto natural, fresco y saludable, ya que a través de nuestro portal web y aplicativo, tienen la oportunidad de elegir packs alimenticios listos para la cocción, en cantidades exactas y con los valores nutricionales de cada plato que el consumidor desee preparar.
In this research work we develop the Natural Food project, a company dedicated to the preparation of food packs for sale to the final consumer through delivery services. Our business model focuses on offering customers the opportunity to choose food supplies in a personalized way, depending on their tastes and lifestyle. This project seeks to meet the needs of people who prefer food prepared at home, but would like to spend less time in the kitchen or even in the task of going to buy the necessary supplies at the nearest supermarket, market or warehouse. Our business model is aimed at people between 18 to 55 years of age from zones 6 and 7 of Metropolitan Lima, of socioeconomic levels A, B and C, who lead a very busy lifestyle with multiple daily activities and, although they would like to prepare their own food, they do not have enough time to devote to kitchen work. In the market there are many food options that are easy and quick to prepare, as well as prepared food delivery services; However, we focus on offering customers a natural, fresh and healthy product, since through our web portal and application, they have the opportunity to choose ready-to-cook food packs, in exact quantities and with the nutritional values of each dish that the consumer wishes to prepare.
