The present research is about the relationship between the inefficiency of logistics processes in the Callao port node and the performance of fresh grape exports (SPN 0806.10.00.00) from Ica (Peru) to the USA 2015-2020. The content of the research is divided as follows: First chapter, the national and international background related to the variables and supporting the postulated dimensions is presented. In addition, the theoretical bases and definitions of the variables are specified. Second chapter, the research problem is formulated, the problematic situation and the objectives, general and specific hypotheses are proposed, with the purpose of contrasting the problematic situation in the Peruvian reality. Third chapter explains the type of methodology, design and quantitative scope with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational design. Also, the sample is presented through the Pareto method. Chapters four and five present the results of the survey with Likert scale analyzed with Spearman's coefficient through the SPSS program in order to contrast the hypotheses of this research. Finally, recommendations and conclusions of the findings are established, justified with bibliography and annexes that demonstrate the resources used in the research. As a result, it was determined that the dimensions congestion, safety and inspection within the logistics processes do not have a direct relationship with grape exports to the United States in the period 2015-2020.
