Peru has a population of 80% in alpacas worldwide, with the department of Cusco being the second province with the highest production of alpaca fiber 619 t. This position and efficient management of its resources is reflected in the increase in exports during the 2017 - 2020 period in two main national subheadings: 6110.19.10.90 and 6116.91.00.00 destined for sweaters and gloves, respectively. The increase in exports of the mentioned subheadings from the Cusco region has been affected by determinants that have managed to increase its exportable supply, with the dimensions of training, technology and quality described in the report “Commercial Opportunities for Alpaca Products“. This report mentions the existence of commercial challenges in the Peruvian market, such as the lack of volume, a scarce incentive in quality certifications and the capacity of entrepreneurs to negotiate successful contracts. This research proposes a mixed approach, with a sample of 32 MYPES located in the Cusco Region. Considering that there is a non-experimental design, we limited to observe and analyze the variables proposed. To obtain the information, surveys were applied to the sample described and interviews were conducted with 11 experts belonging to the sector, which were processed through the Atlas Ti program for the qualitative phase, while for the quantitative SPSS software was used, which showed a Spermman's Rho test result of 0.501, indicating a moderate positive correlation
