This study analyzes the interference of satisfaction with communication in the levels of work engagement of the collaborators of socio-environmental companies of the Red Kunan in Peru, in order to contribute to the professionalization of the management of human capital in the ecosystem and the economy of resources to be used in such management. The study was positioned in the positivist paradigm with a quantitative relational type. Two surveys were applied to 80 collaborators, both with a 7-point Lickert scale. The mean and percentiles of the data were obtained to classify the results and determine the correlation coefficient between both variables at a unidimensional and multidimensional level and contrast it with the segmentation variables. The analysis confirmed a strong, positive and direct relationship between both variables. At a multidimensional level, these are composed of 3 and 8 dimensions respectively, from which it was obtained that the variables vigor and dedication of work engagement were the most influenced by satisfaction with communication from the organizational perspective, organizational integration, personal feedback and the quality of the media. Likewise, it was obtained that factors such as gender and age do not significantly influence the results of the variables under study.
