Medical internship is placed in the last year of medicine career, it is a transition stage between students and doctors, where not only new theoretical and practical knowledge must be acquired; but also to consolidate them, we meet in our hospital practices and form a close relationship with our patients, all this is essential to have a better development as future doctors and human beings. This last period has been modified by the current situation caused by Covid 19. However, this report reflects not only the most common or interesting clinical cases of the internship, but also the experiences lived as a medical student interns at the Naval Hospital: Naval Medical Center CMST from May 2021 to April 2022. Thirty cases were recopilated, distributed in the four specialties where the rotations were carried out (Pediatrics and Neonatology, Internal Medicine, General Surgery and traumatology, and Gynecology and Obstetrics). The selection of clinical cases was made according to the convenience of the author and the academic potential that these represent for future generations. These cases try to capture the most frequent pathologies of the main surgical and clinical specialties at the Naval Medical Center. It is hoped that this work will serve as a guide for the class of 2022 when choosing their internship locations in the context of the pandemic and serve as a basis for further discussions on land-work and functions of medical interns.
