This research work seeks to implement an application belonging to the field of citizen security, which will help citizens to prevent possible criminal acts and ask for help quickly, through a monthly payment plan. The public objective is aimed at people who reside in Peru from 18 years of age or older, who are within socioeconomic level A, B and C, as well as having a mobile device and data. Fast Help seeks to provide users with early prevention of insecurity on the streets, through a heat map, which shows dangerous areas in red. As well as an emergency button, which will be pressed in case of immediate help; this button will be linked to local authorities near the device. On the other hand; the application will have a telephone database and related news as an extra. Throughout the work, the creation of the business idea and its embodiment in a high-fidelity prototype are presented. For this, various experiments were carried out (social networks, interviews with users, interviews with experts, focus groups, secondary sources, etc.) that help not only to validate the prototype, but also the purchasing interest of users and the viability of this in future projections, through financial analysis.
