The scope of this thesis project is to provide a solution proposal to IT consultants by offering them a platform for managing the attention of requests that are provided by their clients; in order to carry out a better control and keep the status of the requests constantly informed. In the first chapter, the definition of the project is carried out, where the company's problem is analyzed and a solution proposal is established. In addition, the general and specific objectives that will help meet the project goal are defined. In the second chapter, the results of the students are made, detailing the 7 points of ABET where the ability to analyze, develop and implement the study objects related to software engineering is demonstrated. In the third chapter, the theoretical framework that bases the technologies to be used in said project is elaborated. In the fourth chapter, the current situation of the company is analyzed in order to improve the key situation processes that affect the business. In the fifth chapter, the architecture of the proposed solution is carried out; using design tactics, Model C4, CUS specification and prototypes. Finally, in the last chapter, the project management is carried out to identify the stakeholders, the costs involved, the work team and the risks that the project may present.
