Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, companies have developed the need to increase their businesses growth, with most of them looking to migrating to digital channels that allow them to improve and continue operating. This has caused many changes in the market, especially in the consumer, as they prefer digital innovations that allow their company to be agile enough in a rapidly developing market. In addition, due to the pandemic, e-commerce has become the most prominent option to increase their sales. Hence, "Digitask" was born as an idea based on the market behavior and the need of small companies to find an expert to help them in digital matters. For which we had to conduct various interviews both with experts, in each of the services we offer, as well as with interested people and potential users of the application. All of which was done aiming to connect specialists in primarily digital services with mypes and enterprises. These activities were carried out to verify the viability of the project. After obtaining and analyzing the information it was said that the initial investment would be of about S /. 92,277.18, which allows obtaining positive flows in Net Profit for the first year of somewhat around S /. 10,398, for the second year of S /. 41,835.96 approximately and for the third year of S /. 78,962.32, with which the investment can be recovered, and we can consider generating profits that reflect a present value of S /. 8,657.80 and an IRR higher than expected. In conclusion, the project is viable according to the three-year projection.
