This paper shows the various research and analysis we conducted to show the feasibility and profitability of our business idea, which consists of an application called "Doping Prevention and Athlete Care". This program has the purpose of assisting high performance athletes, so that they can easily identify the different foods, products, or supplements that they should avoid due to their prohibition of consumption in sports competitions. At the beginning of the research, we were concerned with developing the value proposition of our product. To determine whether the problem we seek to solve is really valuable to our target audience, as well as to clarify and validate other relevant aspects of our business model. We then focused on the user experience, where the use of prototypes and interviews helped us to determine which competencies and other aspects relevant to the presentation and use of our application should be present in it. Subsequently, with the use of social networks and advertisements, we verified whether our target audience would really be interested in paying for the service we seek to offer, in addition to verifying the price for which they would be willing to buy. Finally, we worked on the financial aspect of the business, projecting how the returns of this business would be seen in the next three years of its launch, in addition to the level of budget and investment needed to make the project possible, and the various methods in which we plan to finance the business idea.
