In the present project, the investigation of the necessary validations for the business model of a web page focused on the purchase and sale of second-hand clothing and accessories from recognized brands was carried out. This project is focused on two user segments: people who purchased brand-name garments, but no longer use and seek to recoup part of the cost, and people who seek this type of garment due to its characteristics and its low cost as it is second-hand. Also, experiments were carried out to validate, first, the needs and requirements of the target audience, as well as, to know the opinion of experts on the subject of e-commerce, fashion, and others to know how to satisfy the needs of the market and determine the costs of the project. . In addition, with the prototype, user interaction was evaluated to learn about the experience and all the changes to the prototype. Moreover, each part of the Canva Business Model was validated to determine that all elements have the necessary information to deliver a correct value proposition. For the following points, the estimated costs for different project factors were used. More information was also sought to know all the investments and expenses to project the Free Cash Flow, which allows us to know the viability of the project and how we could look for the investment for the development of the project. Finally, this research proved the project is viable, profitable and that it generates great economic and social results.
