This thesis document is a proposal of the technology solution for the Occupational safety process of 3M Andean region, for the prevention of employee’s accidents and incidents into the organization, controlling the safety implements using. Also, this solution will help proper management of legal requirements. In the opening chapter, theoretical foundations, poses the definitions and concepts related to Occupational Safety. In chapter II, business modeling, specifies the project goals, implementation benefits and proposal trends technologies. In chapter III, business modeling, describes the business use case models, actors, workers, and business entities. In chapter IV, requirements, details the system requirements, conceptual model and use cases specifications. In chapter V, software architecture, specifies the goals, restrictions, architecture mechanism, logic, implementation, and deployment views. In chapter VI, quality and software testing, shows the quality policy, metrics and software tests. In chapter VII, construction, details the used software patterns and data model. In chapter VIII, project management, specifies the people who are interested in the project, project phases and the implementation schedule. Finally, the conclusions, bibliographic references and the glossary of terms of the present project are displayed.
