Abstract

El tema investigación es la inteligencia artificial como herramienta para la restauración y preservación de material audiovisual obsoleto en la actualidad. (Caso Arrival of a Train at La Ciotat - The Lumière Brothers, 1896). Elegimos este tema, porque supone una mejora del conocimiento sobre la comunicación audiovisual al porque explora la capacidad de nuevas tecnologías para restaurar material audiovisual de mala calidad que puede ser rescatado y optimizado para el disfrute de nuevas generaciones. Asimismo, los resultados de la investigación conducirán a que la práctica profesional mejore, debido a que reduciría los costos de mano de obra y los tiempos que supondrían llevar a cabo la restauración de las películas manualmente. Se cree que los beneficiarios directos de la investigación serán los audiovisuales interesados en la reutilización, difusión y recuperación de material audiovisual, ya que se les abrirá un panorama completamente innovador, que facilitará a las mentes más jóvenes idear formas creativas para la correcta y optima reutilización de videografía obsoleta.

We chose this topic, because it represents an improvement in knowledge about audiovisual communication, because it explores the capacity of new technologies to restore poor quality audiovisual material that can be rescued and optimized for the enjoyment of new generations. In addition, the results of the investigation will lead to professional practice improving, since it would save labor and the time it would take to manually restore the films. It is believed that the direct beneficiaries of the research will be audiovisuals interested in the reuse, dissemination and recovery of audiovisual material, since a completely innovative panorama will be opened to them, which will make it easier for younger minds to devise creative ways for the correct and optimal reuse of obsolete videography.
