Disused Polyethylene Terephthalate and rubber, barrels are found in landfills, in rivers and oceans, their degradation rate is slow, now they have become part of the ecological crisis. A paradigm shift is vital for sustainable development. It is proposed to reuse these resources to contribute to building sustainable, sustainable and ecological. The objective of this study is to demonstrate that the proposed concrete design with partial replacement of aggregates by recycled PET and rubber will improve its mechanical properties in sidewalks, increasing its useful life, resistance to weathering, chemical action and wear. An exploratory research level methodology and experimental research design were used. The results of the 84 tests were analyzed, all the samples surpassed the conventional concrete, being the sample three with the best values, I surpass compression resistance in 8.38%, flexural resistance in 19.17%, tensile strength in 24.16% and decrease density 13.17%. It is concluded that, the objective of this research is achieved, such as the decrease in the density of the concrete, the resistance to compression, traction and flexión increases, this represents environmental and social advantages. However, the disadvantage is that it represents higher costs in 47.01% compared to the standard sample.
