In this work, a scalable 5G mobile communications network has been designed that allows the reception of images from drones deployed remotely throughout the San Borja district, all of this in accordance with the current regulations and standards of the 3GPP, which is oriented to optimize the video surveillance tools of the Municipality of San Borja, proposing a solution through devices that allow detecting criminal acts through a high-speed mobile communication platform which will make use of the network infrastructure that is already deployed in the district.
