The Housing complex in the Rímac arises from the need to densify the city correctly and implement diverse and balanced spaces that contribute to the good social development of the inhabitants. One of the current concerns is urban densification lacking urban spaces for health, safety, leisure, and green areas. Therefore, this thesis seeks to present a model of set rooms that fulfills and rescues urban identity and customs, which have been altered over the last few years by focusing on real estate projects of limited capacity by excluding both urban equipment, social areas and green areas. The project adapts to the existing urban fabric through the arrangement of volumes that allow an adequate location without altering urban readability. Another important importance is that it rescues existing urban morphologies and housing typologies based on modern architecture that predominates in this sector of the Rímac. It also achieves social inclusion through the accessibility of all environments and the flexibility of housing adaptation for the disabled. Finally, a sustainable architectural design and construction system is applied through technological advances such as the use of cell concrete partitioning, high pressure compact sheet facade coating and conventional reinforced concrete construction system.
