The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between the quality of the hotel's website, the perceived flow, customer satisfaction and the intention of purchasing by consumers of Lima Metropolitana and Callao who have made a hotel reservation in the year 2020. The methodology included quantitative research with non-probabilistic sampling for convenience and “snowballing”. As a quantitative research tool, 402 surveys were applied to analyze the relationship of study variables. In the first section, the theoretical framework will be presented, where the main variables of the research will be defined: quality of the hotel's website, perceived flow, customer satisfaction and purchase intention. In addition, the main study papers consulted for the development of research, as well as their findings, will be analyzed. In the second section, we will determine the study problem, present the hypotheses and objectives. For the third chapter, the working methodology will be discussed, detailing the type of research, the operation of study variables, the sampling process and the methodology instrument for data collection. The fourth and fifth section will analyze the results of the research, together with statistical analyses, such as Spearman's correlation coefficient, and compare the results with the theory located in the papers studied. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the investigation will be given.
