The present research work aims to propose a solution to remotely manage speech therapies in postoperative cleft lip patients; due to the difficulties of being able to attend in person to centers specialized in this condition. For this reason, we have proposed the development of a mobile application that addresses the process of the stages within speech therapy, currently offered for the postoperative treatment of cleft lip. Likewise, we have proposed the implementation of a web application that allows the monitoring of the patients’ progress in their sessions and the management of the therapies’ content. It should be noted that our target audience is focused on children. Therefore, the gamification technique will be used to develop therapies that are interactive, didactic and, above all, fun; that will allow children to feel attracted and driven to, not only want to develop these therapies, but also want to improve in each of them. Additionally, Speech Recognition and Text-To-Speech technologies will be used to facilitate learning. On one hand, Speech Recognition technology will allow us to automate the grading of patients’ pronunciation. On the other hand, Text-To-Speech will give the opportunity to hear the correct pronunciation of the words and sentences that the application contains.
