The reason for this research is that Dropshipping is currently an innovative logistic model that generates a favorable impact for many companies that work in the foreign trade sector and at the same time work in the field of e-commerce. For the development of the study, the theories of Internationalization, the Theory of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and the Theory of Constraints in the supply chain will be taken as a theoretical basis. The methodology of analysis of the research is of qualitative approach, applied type, under a non-experimental methodological design, with exploratory scope and methodological strategy of case study method. The qualitative approach does not have an initial hypothesis before collecting the data, since the approach used is more analytical inductive and is developed from the data obtained. The results obtained will allow to answer the specific problems raised, to find findings and to establish conclusions and recommendations for the present exploration.
