Currently, in the Lima Metropolitan Area, specifically in the districts in the SES A and B sectors, there are 188,233 households that, for various reasons, do not usually perform household cleaning tasks. 30.45% of people who do not do the cleaning are due to fatigue or laziness, while 21.5% do not perform these tasks due to allergies to the chemicals in the cleaning products that are used. That is why people usually search through recommendations from family or friends, to people who perform cleaning services for the home; but the big drawback is the lack of confidence in a person entering home. With this in mind, “Homefix” was born, where cleaning services for the home and offices are offered through a website and mobile application that will be promoted by social media such as Facebook and Instagram, having as an added value the possibility that the user can choose the person through reviews and scores of their work to perform the services requested. For the development of this project, various tools and strategies were used to validate the hypotheses and, through the concierge, to determine the purchase intent of the service offered. Also, in order to evaluate the economic sustainability of the project, the financial plans projected for three years of life were carried out; managing to evaluate the profitability and viability of the elaborated project.
