This academic research seeks to know the feasibility of implementing an innovative business model focused on the service of measured ingredients in exact quantities for the realization of healthy meals in Lima, Peru. The name chosen for the business is Just Cook, which was created as an alternative to supply ingredients in specific quantities for a lunch, thus avoiding the waste of ingredients and the tedious purchase process week by week. This product also prevents mistakes from being made at the time of preparation and stands out for its simple and practical use. In order to achieve the validation of the project, a series of experiments were carried out, from which valuable information could be collected for the ideation process of the same. Likewise, in order to achieve constant business growth, a strategic plan was made based on analysis, actions and strategies to obtain the best practices in the business. It should be noted that during the creation of the business model, the opinions and feelings of our target segment were taken into account. Based on the research carried out, it was found that the business model that Just Cook offers is viable, scalable and profitable.
