Abstract: La investigación buscó conocer la relación entre la resiliencia y la felicidad en becarios de una universidad privada de Lima. Para tal fin, se realizó un estudio empírico cuantitativo con una muestra de 239 universitarios beneficiarios del programa de Beca 18 (mujeres=136, hombres=103), con edades que oscilaron entre los 18 y 25 años (M = 20.59, DE = 1.85). Los resultados muestran que existe una correlación positiva, estadísticamente significativa y con tamaño del efecto grande entre la resiliencia y felicidad. Por otra parte, no se encontraron diferencias significativas en las variables de estudio de acuerdo con el sexo y la edad de los becarios. En conclusión, los becarios que son resilientes perciben felicidad y estas variables facilitan una mejor adaptación a la vida universitaria.
This study sought to find out the relationship between resilience and happiness in scholarship student of a private university in Lima. In conclusion, resilient scholarship holder perceives happiness and these variables facilitate a better adaptation to university life.
